Leconfield Working Spaniel Club Membership Application Form
Download and complete the form below and send it in, along with the appropriate subscription fee, , alternatively come along to a training session. All the information you need is on the form.
Applications are approved at committee meetings, so there may be a short delay before recieving a reply.
Annual Membership costs;
Adult member £10.00
Family member £15.00
Junior member £5.00
There is a joining fee of £10.00 in the first year.
To Join the club for the first time;
1. Fill in the Application form.
2. Fill in the standing order form for the annual subscription.
3. If you are a new member complete a cheque for the joining fee.
If you are a renewing member:
1. Complete application form.
2. Complete standing order form for annual subscription.
